You’ll no doubt be aware that this blog, despite being currently largely free for you to use, isn’t without its costs; in terms of time and of finances too that is. Quite obviously if I didn’t like writing it I wouldn’t be doing it; but it’s not without a little investment of considerable resources over time that I bring this blog to you.
It’s quite heartening that from time to time somebody somewhere offers to do something for me in return. Whilst it’s not at all or in any way compulsory by any means, I really do appreciate it when somebody makes a kind gesture of support, no matter in what way they do so.

It can be thirsty work sitting at a keyboard bashing away at it. Usually I have a bottle of Yazoo milkshake to hand. Even in the winter it’s tasty and staves off the hunger so that I can keep writing a while longer before I have a break for some food.

If you’d like to say thanks to me I’d be really grateful if you bought me a Yazoo.
Although Yazoo is very refreshing, it can pile on the pounds if I drink too much of it. If you’d rather buy me a coffee instead I’d be most grateful too; but too much of that can have the same effect. If you’d rather you could buy me a prawn & mayonnaise sandwich; which isn’t too fattening, and which I often eat during a break. Alternatively you might like to buy me a new computer: I do like to update or renew my existing PCs from time to time. – I’ll build it myself of course. – Or you could even buy me a Mac Pro if you think I need converting: I promise I’ll use it just as much as a PC if not more so.
As I said; none of this is compulsory in any way. – But I’ll so appreciate it if you do. It’ll definitely inspire me to continue onwards!

2nd February 2009: I just returned to this page to check it for any errors I may have left in it after publishing, (It happens from time to time.) and it dawned on me that for approximately £200 I can build my own personal computer which I can do what I like with and upgrade in any way I choose whenever I choose. – OR for almost NINE TIMES THE PRICE of that I can buy Steve Jobs’ computer on what equates to a lifetime-loan, which I can’t upgrade or do anything to unless I first get permission from Jobs and/or I ask Apple to upgrade it for me at a cost of another massive charge.
Nevertheless if someone were kind enough to buy me one I’d abide by the rules and just use it as is.
